Overview
Airline Liaison Manager
As Airline Liaison Manager, you will serve as the vital link between the Airline and its key partners, including the GSA and GHA where applicable, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all touchpoints. You will foster strong, transparent relationships between the Airline and dnata's operational teams—spanning the warehouse, transport division, management, and frontline staff—to uphold exceptional service standards. With a sharp focus on regulatory compliance, you will ensure all activities align with the requirements of HSE, CAA, HMRC/Border Force, IATA, and other governing bodies, while driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact between dnata and the airline's operations and management teams, ensuring seamless communication.
* Support roster planning and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet operational demands.
* Prepare and maintain accurate per-flight statistical reports for internal and airline stakeholders.
* Oversee the accurate and timely completion of import/export flight documentation in line with SLAs and airline guidelines.
* Ensure compliance with all airline procedures, forms, and Ground Operations Manuals (GOM).
* Represent dnata at airline operational meetings and provide detailed flight debriefs as required.
* Deliver targeted training to Cargo Agents on airline-specific products and handling requirements.
* Respond promptly and professionally to tracers, warehouse searches, and customer enquiries.
* Manage the timely delivery and collection of flight documentation, including airside duties when necessary.
* Maintain effective liaison with internal departments and external partners across all dnata locations.
* Promote and uphold safe working practices and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
* Demonstrate flexibility to work across various dnata sites and adapt to operational needs.
* Understand and support compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) for pharmaceutical and medicinal products.
* Be aware of the role and responsibilities of the Responsible Person (RP) in GDP-compliant operations.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management, aligned with the scope of the role.
