What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering excellent customer service by processing a range of pension-related tasks including address changes, valuations, quotations, policy amendments, and more.
* Responding to member queries across multiple communication channels within agreed SLA targets.
* Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
* Taking ownership of your personal development through training and continuous learning.
* Identifying and escalating risks, complaints, and breaches in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
* DB Pensions Administration experience.
* Experience handling pension authorisations.
* Strong numeracy and data input skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* Proficiency with telephone and computer systems.
* A collaborative team player with the ability to support and coach others.
