Job title: Lead SAP MM/SD Functional Consultant
Location: Nottingham, United Kingdom | Contract: Permanent
Reporting to the SAP Buy/Plan and Manage Stock Lead within the SAP Centre Of Expertise, you will help drive and QA the Buy/Plan and Manage stock designs within SAP projects/programmes. You will assist other SAP Functional consultants within the team and provide mentorship for junior SAP consultants/graduates. Your role will involve hands-on SAP MM Functional Consulting. As an experienced SAP MM Consultant with VIM experience you will participate in our SAP S/4 implementation and subsequent projects. We are looking for a candidate who also has good SD knowledge and their MM core skillset. You will foster closer relationships with our business customers and lead innovation to contribute to the business.

Responsibilities
* Drive designs and innovation within the team
* Support the Design Governance within the MM functional area
* Hands-on Functional Consulting in SAP MM on our S/4 HANA programme and subsequent projects/programmes
* Map requirements-based business processes and data structures in MM
* Provide support for our sell SAP Functional Consultant area (SD)
* Collect, analyze and coordinate requirements from relevant business areas; design and implement in SAP (including estimating and resource assignment and planning)
* Foster closer relationships with business partners to provide solutions and drive innovation and business benefit
* Design and run workshops
* Mentor team members
What you’ll need
* Previous experience in SAP MM Functional Consulting design, configuration and delivery
* Experience in VIM
* Cross-modular integration knowledge especially in SD
* Experience in producing HLDs, DLDs and functional specifications
* Analytical skills
* Experience of working with and managing relationships with 3rd party IT service providers
* Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organisation including communicating technical information to a non-technical audience
* SAP team leading experience
* S/4 knowledge or experience
