Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
Duties
* Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
* Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene
* Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
* Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting the kitchen team
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
* Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve any issues promptly
* Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages
* Uphold excellent hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction
Experience
* Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential
* Experience in restaurant service or barista work is advantageous
* Knowledge of food safety regulations is desirable
* Familiarity with food preparation processes is a plus
* Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential
* Experience with food safety practices ensures compliance with health standards
