Success Coach (26/109) £25,997 FTE (£23,846.98 pro rata per annum) 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year Maternity cover until 26th April 2027 or upon the return of the substantive postholder Location: East Riding College, Bridlington TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also. We are now looking for someone who shares that commitment to join us in the role of Success Coach. About the role The role involves providing pastoral care and safeguarding support, working closely with curriculum teams, and identifying learner needs to arrange appropriate interventions. This position is designed for individuals who are team players and passionate about helping young learners reach their full potential. About the person The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to build a rapport with learners, and have experience of working with young people. The role also requires knowledge of external agencies and support services, as well as understanding of safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.
