- M&E Building Services £65,000 £80,000 Car or Car Allowance and Benefits Package This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Project Manager, Senior Electrical Project Manager, or Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established and highly regarded M&E Building Services contractor delivering high-quality projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, and fit-out sectors.
The business is seeking a strong, delivery-focused individual capable of taking full ownership of projects and leading from the front.
Candidates currently operating as an Electrical Contracts Manager with hands-on project delivery responsibility are also encouraged to apply.
The Role As Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of electrical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion and final account.
Projects typically range from £200k to £5m and include both new build and refurbishment works.
This role will suit an Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Contracts Manager who is comfortable managing multiple projects and overseeing site teams to ensure successful delivery.
