Working as part of an established finance team, the Credit Control Assistant will be supporting with the sales ledger and also chasing overdue payment from a loyal client base. The ideal candidate will have previous experience covering credit control and be confident handling the following responsibilities: Calling customers regarding outstanding debt. Sending out reminder emails and following up. Issuing invoices and statements as required. Resolving any payment queries. Credit-checking new customers. Actively reducing the debtor days for the business.
