Job Description:
We are seeking to recruit to 1 x 19.73 / 20 hour/week post. The post will encompass a variety of shift patterns within a team comprising Clinical Support Workers and Registered Nurses. The role involves providing care for highly dependent children in their own homes.
The successful candidate must have a caring disposition, good communication and interpersonal skills, patience, flexibility, and reliability. Respect for client confidentiality and ability to work as part of a team are essential.
There may be opportunities to work beyond contracted hours.
Previous experience in a community setting working with highly dependent children is advantageous. SVQ in Health and Social Care at level 3 is desirable but not essential, as all relevant training will be provided.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the service delivery area are essential.
