We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join Daish's Hotels!
Offering a competitive salary of up to £38,500 per annum after a 3-month probation period. Salary increases with length of service and annual reviews. We provide continuous, all-year-round employment, as we do not close during winter months. Benefits include a £50 bonus upon completing basic training, a £100 referral bonus, and a generous quarterly bonus if criteria are met.
The role is full-time, involving split shifts to cover peak demand periods and ensure smooth hotel operations, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Responsibilities
As a General Manager, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring the delivery of our core values: clean, comfortable en-suite accommodation, good food, lively entertainment, and exceptional customer service. You will oversee front‑end procedures and back‑of‑house processes to enhance guest experience, brand reputation, and revenue.
You will assume full responsibility for hotel operations, cost control to meet P&L targets, staff management, and compliance.
