Industrial Assembly Engineer - Airbus Broughton
Location: Broughton (onsite requirement)
Hours: Standard 35 hours per week (4.5 days, between 7am - 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)
Pay: Up to £27.68 per hour (PAYE) or Up to £37.02 per hour (umbrella)
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)
IR35: Inside

1. Deploy and support semi-automated and manual drilling & fastening equipment
2. Define new equipment and develop advanced assembly processes
3. Project manage and provide technical support for existing machinery
4. Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in wing manufacturing
5. Collaborate with internal customers, support functions, and external suppliers
