Learning Support Assistant
Pay: £90 – £120 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

We’re on the lookout for a Learning Support Assistant to join a dedicated SEN school in Ealing, supporting students who need a bit of extra guidance, patience, and care in their learning journey.

What the Role Involves
* Providing 1:1 and group support for pupils with special educational needs.
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.
* Helping students stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the school day.

What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, SEN TA, or in a similar support role (desirable but not essential).
* A caring, patient, and positive attitude.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
