TITLE: Sales Manager Non-Ferrous Metal Recycling
LOCATION: North West England
SALARY: £100,000 -£105,000 Company vehicle or car allowance, pension
You will have worked in METAL RECYCLING in one of these functions: Scrap Metal Commercial Manager, Field Sales Executive, BDM, Business Development Executive, FSE, Non-Ferrous Metals Trader, Business Development Manager, BDE, Sales Manager, Head of Non-Ferrous Metals
Key Focus Areas:Sales & Growth: Build and execute sales strategy, expand customer base (mills, smelters, traders), and grow domestic/export markets.Pricing & Commercial Management: Set competitive pricing aligned with market conditions (e.g. LME), manage margins, stock, and financial risk.Quality & Compliance: Ensure product specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements are consistently met.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Purchasing, Operations, Transport, Finance, and HSEQ to align supply, logistics, and sales.Market Insight & Reporting: Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide performance reporting. xsngvjr Customer Management: Build long-term relationships, manage contracts, and maintain high service standards.
