The Planning Team at Nash is an integral part of our business and service offer, providing:
* Planning advice and support to our architectural and urban design teams to secure planning permissions for client projects.
* Stand‑alone planning services to clients.
* Inputs to our multi-disciplinary strategy and placemaking projects, on which Nash is often lead consultant.

You will be working in a collaborative manner with both colleagues and clients whilst having the chance to manage your own projects, while assisting the senior planners with some of the larger and more complicated projects Nash has.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to guide development at all stages of the planning process.
* Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including local government, developers, and the public.
* Ensure compliance with planning laws and environmental regulations.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
* A minimum of 5 years’ post-Chartership experience in either a local authority or private sector consultancy.
* A Chartered Member of the RTPI.
* Adaptable and keen to learn to develop your planning skills and career.
* Ability to work under pressure and often to tight deadlines.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* Good communication skills both verbally and written.
