About the Opportunity
Harkaye Core Talent is recruiting for an Industrial Disease Paralegal to support a specialist claimant-focused litigation team.
This role is ideal for a paralegal with experience in industrial disease or personal injury claims who is looking to work on meaningful cases supporting clients affected by serious, often life-limiting conditions.
The Role
You will support solicitors with a caseload of industrial disease claims, assisting clients throughout the litigation process with professionalism and empathy.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with the management of industrial disease claims, including asbestos-related conditions
2. Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and court documentation
3. Gathering and reviewing medical records and employment histories
4. Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers, and third parties
5. Assisting with limitation issues and evidence collation
