We are seeking a creative and talented Content Creator Executive to help with the delivery and elevation of creative output. This is a hands‑on role focused on content creation, social media content production, and supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Content Creation
- Create engaging social content for clients and the business including:
- Social media posts
- Carousels
- Reels and TikToks
- Short‑form video content
- Produce, edit and optimise video content
Social Media Content & Publishing
- Create and schedule social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Assist with the day‑to‑day delivery of organic social media activity
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure all content is published accurately and on schedule
- Stay up to date with platform trends and emerging content formats
Marketing & Sales Collateral Design
- Create high‑quality branded assets in Canva and similar design platforms, including
- Website graphics and banners
- Email marketing assets
- Print materials and marketing collateral
- Proposal documents, pitch decks, credentials decks, case studies
What the employer is looking for
- 2–4 years’ experience in content creation, social media content production, or a similar marketing role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating content creation across multiple formats
- Experience creating social media:
- Static social posts
- Carousels
- Reels
- TikToks
- Short‑form video content
- Expert‑level Canva skills
- Experience editing video content for social media platforms
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
- Good understanding of branding, typography and visual design principles
- Excellent written communication skills
