ABOUT THE ROLE
The laundry is the beating heart of Bamford Collection. Every single part of our business, from our kitchens through to our spa and our holiday cottages, produces laundry in some form. Its important for us that every single guest gets the same high standard when they come through our doors, whether thats sitting down at a table with a freshly pressed napkin or visiting our spa with a lovely clean bath towel and robe.
Salary: £12.38 per hour + Tronc
HOURS:Full time - 36 Hours -We are open 7 days a week so being able to work flexibly is vital. Shifts are 6am 2.30pm, or 1.30pm-10pm on a rota basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Be flexible and proactive in assisting your team member colleagues.
* Be able to work well within a team and be able to work alone.
* Deliver excellent customer service at all times
* Ensure timely turnaround of laundry
* Processing laundry from departments across Bamford Collection
* Comply with the laundry operational standard
* Bring our purpose to life by driving meaningful social and environmental improvements, contributing to our journey as a B Corp, and aligning with our sustainability vision.
* Inspire and empower our customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a lasting positive impact on the world.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
* Experience in a similar role would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be provided. The laundry team is small and there are times when youll work alone, so being pro-active and self-motivated are essential as is team work.
