Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children residential care and ofsted. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a commitment to providing high-quality care, and the ability to develop and implement effective care plans
Duties
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
* Supervise and lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
* Develop, implement, and review individualised care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
* Oversee medication administration processes to ensure safety and compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Foster a positive environment for both residents and staff, promoting dignity, respect, and independence among all individuals in the facility.
* Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records related to resident care, staff performance, and operational procedures.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for residents with complex needs.
Requirements
* Proven experience in child care management or a similar role within an assisted living setting
* Relevant qualifications in healthcare management are highly desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to develop effective care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
* Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising staff in a healthcare environment.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and compliance monitoring.
* Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
