We are looking for someone who can deliver excellent Customer Service, organised, pro‑active, quick‑thinking and great at problem solving. Previous experience with handling property damage claims is essential.
Job Specification
* Understand Legislation around property damage claims
* Taking claims from the scene – handling cradle to grave
* Liaising with engineers and third parties – resilience in dealing with challenging customers
* Liaising with all departments/managers to obtain relevant information
* Investigating and handling claims in an efficient manner
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload and to work independently
* Loading all claims onto internal system
* Raising payments for claims
* Ability to pay attention to detail/accuracy
* Maintain balance of work to ensure cost effective and timely settlement of all claims
You will have the following qualifications and be able to prove experience and competence
* Background or Experience in an Administrative Role (minimum 6 months)
* Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
* PC Literate
* Excellent telephone manner
* Excellent communications skills (Orally and Written)
* Understanding of Property Damage claims and their processes
