Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with KS5 teaching opportunities possible.
* Develop and implement an innovative, inclusive Drama curriculum that fosters creativity, confidence, and resilience.
* Lead school productions, drama clubs, and extracurricular activities to enrich student experience and showcase talent.
* Create a supportive, stimulating learning environment where every student can explore and develop their dramatic skills.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the arts department to promote excellence and share best practice.
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.
* A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a closely related subject.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to inspire students of all abilities.
* Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
* A creative, enthusiastic approach to teaching and a commitment to continuous professional development.
