*Your Role Will Involve:*
· *Daily running of the workshop* managing an enthusiastic team of technicians ensuring work is carried out correctly and efficiently.
· *Develop and support *your technicians providing on the job guidance as well as an input into their training requirements.
· *Work closely* with our service advisors to manage the workload while delivering excellent customer service.
· *Support the service manager *in delivering operational excellence and delivering key performance tasks.
*We're Looking For:*
· An understanding of modern HGV/PSV motor vehicle technology is preferred but not essential.
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced technical environment, managing both people and processes with ease.
· A professional attitude, with the leadership capabilities to drive success and the ambition to grow with us.
· A full clean driving licence (HGV an advantage)
