Our client, a well-regarded law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team based in Teignmouth.

The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:
* Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
* Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
* Development work and site acquisitions
* Property finance and secured lending
* Acting for a range of clients including developers, investors and local businesses
About You
* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Commercial property experience (all levels considered)
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* Confident in managing your own caseload
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Interest in business development and building client relationships
