Registered Care Home Manager We’re seeking a Registered Care Home Manager to lead a 60- bed residential and dementia care home in Long Stratton. As the Care Home Manager, you will have * Previous management experience within a service provision in the care sector * Ability to recognise and develop additional opportunities for the service ensuring a high-quality service is maintained * Level 5 Diploma in Leadership in Health & Social Care, or be working towards or committed to undertake this qualification * Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements * Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve an Outstanding CQC rating and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
