The organisation works closely with schools, youth settings, safeguarding teams and local partner agencies to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people and their families. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Young Person’s Recovery Practitioner to support children and young people affected by drug and alcohol misuse, emotional wellbeing concerns and associated risk-taking behaviours.
