About The Opportunity
As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
4. Provide and monitor multi-disciplinary nursing care to all residents
5. Support and promote the facility's care philosophy
6. Communicate effectively with staff and external agencies
7. Maintain knowledge of mental health conditions and workplace health & safety practices
8. Lead and mentor nursing and care staff
9. Ensure timely delivery of resident care and medication administration
About You
The successful candidate will have:
10. Previous experience in Geriatric Nursing and Mental Health
11. NDIS knowledge (desirable)
12. Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
13. Positive notice NDIS Worker Clearance
14. Knowledge of AN-ACC funding guidelines
15. Sound knowledge of industry-relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Infection Control practices
