What You Will Do
* Promote and comply with all safety standards
* Collaborate effectively with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
* Support electrical and software design as needed
* Optimize cycle times and improve throughput
* Maintain customer relationships
* Assist with electrical and software design when required
* Start-up, debug and troubleshooting of PLC Controls automation equipment at the Build Shop and customer\'s site.
* Throughput enhancement at customer\'s site
What You Need to Join Our Team
* 2–5 years of experience as a Controls Engineer
* Bachelor\'s Degree in a related engineering or programming field
* Strong knowledge of PLCs and HMIs
* Preferred knowledge of automotive body shop systems
* Experience with Ford standards (Next Gen/ GVOSS)
* Extensive commissioning experience
* Preferred hardware and software design capabilities
* Ability to travel to customer sites across North America and Canada
* Valid passport and driver’s license
* Eligibility for a TN Visa
