Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology and Sociology Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to teach motivated students in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be able to deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stage 4 and Key Stage 5, inspiring students to explore and excel in Psychology and Sociology. You will be joining a strong social sciences department with excellent resources and a collaborative ethos.
The role:
Salary, upto £232.56 per day (depending on experience)
Teaching Psychology and Sociology to KS4 and KS5
Planning and delivering creative and effective lessons
Monitoring and assessing student progress
Contributing to departmental initiatives and enrichment opportunitiesRequirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Enhanced CHILD workforce DBS
Experience teaching Psychology and Sociology at KS4 and KS5
A strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring young people
