CAMHS Outer Borough's Under 5s Team, covering Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon and Harrow CAMHS is a very busy & friendly service and we are looking to employ an enthusiastic and experienced Team Administrator to support the delivery of the service. The Under 5s Team is a specialist CAMHS service for children under the age of five, their parents/carers and for professionals working with this age group and our administration team are key to ensure the smooth running of our services.
The post holder will be responsible for all day-to-day administration tasks They will need to take initiative in prioritising their own workload and helping with the team's workload. They will need to ensure that the service objectives and deadlines are met.
You will be required to provide high quality, comprehensive administrative support to the team using your excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. You should be able to work independently, using discretion, judgement and critical analysis where appropriate.

The CAMHS Under 5s and Core Team Administrator will provide administrative support to the local Service within CAMHS Outer Borough's Under 5s Team, covering Brent, Harrow and Hillingdon. They will work within service level standards to deliver an efficient and effective service; dealing with telephone and personal enquiries from patients, carers and members of the public, GPs, Children Centres and other healthcare professionals and statutory and non-statutory organisations
Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The successful applicant will be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of programmes, and previous experience of an electronic patient record system like System One would be advantageous. In return, we are offering the opportunity to work in a supportive and friendly environment, where supervision and performance reviews/appraisals form part of our ongoing development of staff. The post will be supervised by the Harrow Business Manager.
