We're supporting a top 150 national law firm who are looking for a Commercial Litigation Paralegal to support the team in their Alconbury office. You will work alongside the lead partner to assist with day-to-day duties as well as support with working on a caseload of matters relating to Agriculture and Food Law. This role is perfect for somebody looking to progress their career in commercial litigation.
Responsibilities include:
* Draft legal documentation, including deeds, letters, and financial statements.
* Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with procedures.
* Handle client and matter file management, including filing, archiving, and database updates.
* Provide administrative support, such as scanning, printing, bundling, and photocopying.
* Operate case management systems and manage correspondence via phone, email, and fax.
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with Lexcel standards.
* Assist with client reception, meeting arrangements, and responding to client queries.
* Transcribe digital dictation and support the team with additional tasks as needed.
What we need from you:
* Some relevant experience with litigation in Agriculture, Property, Food Law or similar
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
