Warehouse Operatives (Nights) Near Cockermouth
We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client, a leading fresh food and drink wholesaler based near Cockermouth, who is seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their night shift team.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:
* Picking and preparing customer orders accurately
* Loading delivery vans ready for dispatch
* Working across a range of temperature-controlled environments
* Maintaining high standards of health, safety, and hygiene
* Supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse during night shifts
Shift Pattern
* Start time: 6:00pm
* Finish time: Typically between 4:00am and 5:00am
* Working 56 nights per week
* Sunday to Friday
* Saturdays closed
Pay & Benefits
* £14.48 per hour
* Two paid 15-minute breaks per shift
* One 30-minute unpaid break
Requirements
* Ability to work night shifts on a regular basis
* Full driving licence and own transport essential due to the location
* Good level of physical fitness
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
