CDM Principal Designer
An employee owned CDM Consultancy is now seeking a CDM Principal Designer to be involved in a variety of retail, commercial and hospitality projects.
This business takes pride in allowing their CDM Principal Designers to reap the rewards from their hard work. Since becoming an employee owned business a profit share bonus has been paid every year.
They have strong client relationships which creates a varied flow of projects. The suitable CDM Principal Designer will enjoy the flexibility to work from home or office, managing their portfolio themselves. A very experienced team of 50 nationwide staff collaborates.
The Role
The successful CDM Principal Designer will be involved in limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stages. The role requires clear communication to ensure handover to the Principal Contractor is as effective as possible.
The Person
* At least 4 years in a CDM Principal Design / Design Risk Management role.
* NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate.
* Membership with IOSH (TechIOSH minimum) or APS (IMaPS minimum).
