As Food & Beverage Manager, you will lead all F&B operations, driving performance, profitability, and service excellence. You will play a key role in maintaining the hotel's reputation, inspiring your team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events
* Lead, develop, and motivate management and service teams
* Drive revenue, control costs, and manage departmental budgets
* Ensure exceptional guest service and uphold luxury brand standards
* Manage staffing levels in line with business needs and payroll targets
* Oversee stock control, purchasing, and cost of sales performance
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events team on menus and service delivery
* Lead function meetings and ensure flawless event execution
* Be present during peak service times, ensuring operational excellence
* Deputise for the Director of F&B when required
Training & Compliance
* Deliver structured training programmes to maintain high service standards
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety, licensing, and employment legislation
* Maintain outstanding hygiene, presentation, and operational standards
Ideal Candidate
* Leadership experience in a luxury or high-end hospitality setting
* Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams
