What is our Clinical Nurse Specialist - Community Mental Health role?
This position functions as case manager; delivers quality practice and contributes to the development and monitoring of standards of practice, initiates quality improvement practices and implements changes and improvements. The Clinical Nurse Specialist is an expert nursing resource and will provide nursing consultancy and education for the multidisciplinary teams and other agencies and stakeholders.
The Mental Health and Dental Health Services (MHDHS) Community Adult Mental Health Stream provides evidence based, specialised mental health services supported by strategic planning. The service is committed to working alongside service providers, consumers and carer stakeholders, to promote optimal mental health for those referred to our service.While your qualifications and experience tell us part of your story, your values and attitude speak louder still.
