Residential Conveyancer - Excellent Opportunity with a Growing Firm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established South Coast law firm with a strong presence in the property sector. We are working in partnership with this highly regarded firm to find a motivated and capable individual ready to take the next step in their legal career.
The Role
This is a full-spectrum conveyancing role where you will manage your own caseload from quotation through to post-completion. You will be working with a friendly and experienced team, handling a variety of transactions including:
*
Residential conveyancing (freehold and leasehold)
*
Commercial property sales and purchases (shops, offices, restaurants, takeaways, industrial units)
*
Assignments of leases, goodwill, and fixtures & fittings
*
Drafting and negotiating leases, licences to assign, and licences for alterations
*
Lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
*
Lease extensions and freehold enfranchisement under the LRHUDA 1993
*
Acting for borrowers and lenders in refinancing, including bridging work
*
Providing cover for other fee earners as required
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) with the following:

Solid experience managing a conveyancing caseload independently
*
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Experience using a Case Management System (training can be provided)
*
Strong communication, organisational, and client care skills
*
A commercial mindset and the ability to build and retain client relationships
*
A team-oriented approach with flexibility and a "hands-on" attitude
*
Experience managing or supervising junior staff is highly desirable
