In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining standards in a fast-paced kitchen, including:
6. Managing and running your designated kitchen section
7. Preparing and presenting dishes to required quality standards
8. Organising mise en place to support smooth service
9. Supervising and training junior kitchen staff
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a reliable and organised professional with:
10. Strong cooking skills at Chef De Partie level or equivalent
11. Consistency and attention to detail in presentation and quality
12. Good time management and the ability to work under pressure
13. Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
