Hours: 10 hours per week, 13.15 – 15.15 pm Monday to Friday, term time only to include INSET days (39 weeks)
Salary: Grade 13, £24,796 FTE per annum (Actual Salary based on weeks worked and hours: £5,764.29 p.a.)
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2026, subject to a review of the school’s budget

The Role
We are looking to appoint a care assistant to work with a number of children with complex SEN/D needs. The successful candidate will be working with a strong and supportive team that specialises in meeting the needs of children with social and communication difficulties. We have developed three alternative learning areas within the school and the children move between these and the mainstream classrooms.

Fluency Duty: This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). The ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
