Vice President, M&A Advisory | London
A leading mid-market investment bank with a strong presence across European markets is seeking an experienced VP to join their M&A advisory team in London. The firm has built an impressive track record advising on complex cross-border transactions across multiple sectors.
Responsibilities:
• Lead execution of mid-market M&A transactions from mandate through closing
• Manage deal teams and coordinate with senior stakeholders across legal, tax, and due diligence workstreams
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and their advisers
• Prepare pitch materials, management presentations, and transaction documentation
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and buyer identification processes
Requirements:
• 6-8 years of M&A advisory experience at a reputable investment bank or boutique
• Strong track record of executing transactions in the £50m-£500m range
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills across multiple methodologies
• Excellent client management and presentation abilities
• Native English fluency; additional European language preferred
• Sector expertise in TMT, Healthcare, or Industrial Services advantageous
