A Respected Housing Developer who are recognised for their high quality standards are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
You will be managing a brand new site in Chipping Norton alongside a Senior Site Manager and number 2 Site Manager. Offering progression opportunities as new phases kick off.
Job Duties:
* Assist Senior Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on site
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Manage subcontractors and suppliers
* Coordinate with various teams to ensure project deadlines are met
* Monitor quality standards and address any issues
Required Qualifications:
* SMSTS certification
* CSCS card
* First Aid certification
* Valid Driving Licence
* NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or related field
Education:
Minimum NVQ Level 4 in Construction Management or related field
Experience:
* Prior experience in high volume house building
* Experience in a similar role within the construction industry
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced construction site environment, may require working outdoors in various weather conditions. Regular site visits and occasional travel may be necessary.
