What You’ll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you’ll provide person-centred care and practical assistance to people with a learning disability. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting people with daily living tasks – cooking, cleaning, managing money, attending appointments
* Encouraging independent living and personal development
* Providing companionship and promoting positive relationships
* Helping people access the community and social activities
* Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication (where required)
* Driving individuals to activities or appointments (hold a full manual UK driving licence)

* A full manual UK driving licence is advantageous
* Experience in care is welcome but not required – we provide full training
