Now looking for an experienced
Front of House Manager
to join the team in Southall.
As Front of House Manager, you will manage a team of four Social Hosts and be responsible for upholding exceptional standards across the front of house. Your primary duties will include managing the smooth operation of the front of house processes and procedures, supporting the Social Host team, and ensuring that members have an excellent stay.
Key Responsibilities
Reservations & Administration
Manage the smooth operation of arrivals, departures and room moves, ensuring all check-ins and check-outs are handled correctly.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to standard and property management systems updated.
Conduct audits on membership payments, sending reminders and escalating late payments as necessary.
Support the Curation team with sales tours when requested.
Maintain accurate records of member accounts, payments, and stays.
Team Management
Train and monitor the Social Host team on all front of house procedures.
Ensure mandatory compliance training and certifications are up to date.
Produce and maintain the Social Host rota, including leave tracking and cover arrangements.
Conduct regular reviews to set goals, track performance and support development.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment.
Front of House Management
Develop and update SOPs to optimise operations, ensuring compliance and accountability.
Uphold health and safety standards, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Oversee inventory management and stock control, including ordering and stock takes.
Support the front of house team during busy periods, breaks, or absences.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications
Previous front of house leadership experience in a
hotel or co-living environment .
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident leader able to motivate and inspire a team.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Computer-literate with excellent administration skills.
Flexible, proactive, and committed to the highest standards.
