Training/Courseware Analyst – Remote – 6 Month Contract (40 hours per week) – £50 - £55.80 per hour (Inside IR35) – SC Clearance
Our client is looking for a Training and Courseware Analyst to analyse DSAT documentation data from training courses and deliver compliant training needs evaluations for the compilation of training solutions.
The ideal candidate will develop DSAT compliant courseware, so experience with DSAT is essential.
Working Patterns and location – This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Reading a couple of times a month
The Key Responsibilities of a Training/Courseware Analyst:
* Work as a member of a team responsible for the analysis, design, maintenance, review, and production of DSAT Documentation for Military training.
* Analyse customer specifications to identify and capture new or changing training requirements.
* Ensure training solutions meet the client’s training requirements and define the training solution.
* Produce, maintain and update Training Designs.
* Carry out Knowledge, Skills and Attitude/Attribute analysis to determine accurate complication of a comprehensive Learning.
* Review existing training documentation as required.
* Interview subject matter experts to collate required data as required.
* Participate in internal workshops to discuss and agree findings from analysis.
Below is a list of Key Skills required for the Training/Courseware Analyst role, however you will not be expected to have everything:
* Experience within a Defence environment in a TNA/Courseware Analysis role.
* Excellent communication skills at all levels both internally and within the customer organisation.
* Experience in training analysis and have contributed to the analysis of significant training courses.
* Detailed knowledge and practical experience of MOD procedures and policies Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT).
