The Opportunity
This Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Manager role is a Group-level position with responsibility across the UK, US, and European operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving financial performance through accurate planning, forecasting, and insightful analysis.
The business is in an exciting transition period - phasing out legacy products, launching new revenue streams, and integrating a new ERP system - offering significant scope to influence strategic decision-making and shape the FP&A function for the future.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting process across multiple business units.
Deliver robust management reporting, including month-end analysis, flash revenue, variance commentary, and cashflow forecasting.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
Partner with commercial and operational teams to develop business plans and financial models for new product lines and initiatives.
Support system optimisation following the implementation of a new accounting and reporting platform.
Drive process improvement and standardisation across Group FP&A.
Manage and prioritise multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
About You
Professionally qualified accountant (CA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
Proven track record in Financial Planning & Analysis, ideally within a complex, multinational or manufacturing organisation.
Strong technical accounting and analytical ability, with excellent Excel and financial modelling skills.
Commercially astute, confident in partnering with senior stakeholders, and able to influence decision-making.
Calm, professional demeanour with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to change.
Experience improving or implementing financial systems and processes desirable.
