Airport Requirements:
* 5 years of continuous references – to gain an airport pass, you will need to provide 5 years’ worth of employment or education references without gaps.
* Criminal Records Bureau Check – to be completed by WHSmith if your application is successful.
* Photographic ID, such as passport or UK Driving Licence.

Desired skills and experience:
* Current or recent retail (or similar) leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with knowledge of KPIs such as ATV.
* Experience leading proactively, getting involved on the shop floor, and supporting your team.
* Flexibility to support other stores in the area when needed.
* Strong relationship-building and effective communication skills.
* Experience supporting employee training, development, and motivating teams to perform at their best.
