The Work
You'll carry out a mix of:
* Mortgage valuations
* RICS Level 2 & 3 Surveys
* Red Book valuations
* Disrepair reports
There’s a good blend of private client and lender work, making your day more varied—and more rewarding.

What We’re Looking For
* Strong working knowledge of residential valuation and survey tools (Quest, GoReport, RightMove tools, BCIS, etc.)
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys building client relationships
Experience in party wall awards, project management or development appraisals? Even better.
