Full Clean UK Driving Licence, held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application)

About the role
* Assist Centre Manager in operation and daily running of the depot
* Support the team in workshop mechanics
* Play a key part in the Centre targets including KPIs
* Oversee maintenance of stock values within the centre
* Offer and deliver excellent customer service
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with Company Policies and Procedures
About you
* Technical or mechanical background/knowledge
* Ability to support technicians in the workshop if required
* Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to coach and mentor the team
* Previous experience leading a team
* High level of understanding of car technology
* Working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety requirements
* Experience of account management
* Commercial awareness to maximize business opportunities
* Full UK Driving Licence
