Overview
We are seeking a confident and driven Leasing Executive to act as the on-site brand ambassador for a brand new student accommodation development in Glasgow G3. This is a front-facing, customer-focused role centred on driving bookings, delivering exceptional resident experience and supporting marketing activity across digital channels.
You will be the first impression for prospective residents, leading viewings, managing enquiries and creating an engaging on-site presence that reflects the quality of the development.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Secure bookings through property viewings, enquiry handling and on-site events
* Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the student journey
* Manage and create content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
* Track leads, update the CRM system and report on performance metrics
* Maintain high property standards to ensure tours and events are presented professionally
* Support resident engagement initiatives and community-building activities
Skills & Experience
* Customer service and sales focused mindset
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident delivering tours, hosting live streams and engaging at events
* Proactive, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a sales-focused role
* Confident using CRM systems and social media platforms
* Desirable: experience within events, marketing or the student accommodation sector
