Acts as a key partner to the Project Lead, ensuring projects are delivered in line with internal governance, compliance, and performance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end delivery of CAPEX and construction projects, from business case through to completionEstablish and maintain project governance, reporting structures, and stakeholder management frameworksPartner with Project Lead to provide project management guidance, coaching, and delivery oversightCoordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teamsMonitor project progress, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, and regulatory standardsSupport budget tracking, cost control, and financial reportingManage risk identification, mitigation planning, and opportunity trackingOversee milestone reviews, work package progress, and on-site delivery activitiesMaintain clear and consistent project documentation, reporting, and communicationSkills & ExperienceExperience delivering construction or capital investment projects in complex environmentsStrong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworksAbility to work across multi-functional teams and external stakeholdersProven capability in stakeholder engagement and communicationExperience supporting budget management and project controlsCompetent in project tools and reporting systems (e.g. MS Project, SharePoint or similar)Solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements within construction environments
