Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: City Of Westminster, London, United Kingdom
Salary: up to GBP 65,000 per annum plus bonus and benefits.
Hybrid working: 3 days per week in London office.
Role
* Lead and develop a small team of Recruitment Partners, ensuring delivery of an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Oversee end-to-end recruitment for new store openings, support centre roles, and operational hires.
* Partner closely with senior leadership to design and execute scalable hiring strategies that meet business growth targets.
* Drive innovation in attraction, employer branding, and talent pipelining.
* Analyse recruitment data to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
About You
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or Senior Recruitment Manager within a high-growth, multi-site retail or hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team.
* Expertise in managing large-scale recruitment projects and new openings.
* Confident building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Adaptable, proactive, and excited by fast-paced environments.
