Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnering: Translating business objectives into effective HR strategies and initiatives.
* Talent Management: Leading performance management cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives.
* Change Management: Supporting the business through organisational change, restructures, and transformations.
* Employee Relations: Coaching and guiding managers on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and best practice.
* Organisational Development: Identifying and implementing OD interventions to improve efficiency and employee engagement.
* Reward & Recognition: Collaborating on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven Experience: Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor, ideally within a fast-moving commercial sector.
* Expert Knowledge: A deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand financial drivers and how HR strategy supports commercial success.
* The Right Attitude: A proactive, collaborative, and resilient approach with excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Location: Based in or easily commutable to our Newcastle upon Tyne office.
