Chef de Partie | Rao's at Rusacks | St Andrews This summer, one of New York's most iconic restaurant names lands in one of Scotland's most iconic locations. Rao's at Rusacks is a pop-up dining experience like no other, bringing the legendary warmth and bold Italian-American flavours of Rao's to the home of golf, perched above the famous St Andrews Old Course. We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our brigade for the season. If you want to be part of something genuinely exciting, great food, a brilliant team, and a setting that has to be seen to be believed, this is the role for you. The Role As Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your section, delivering consistent, high-quality food that does justice to the Rao's name. You will work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure every service runs smoothly and every plate that leaves the pass reflects the standard we set ourselves. What You Will Do At Rao's at Rusacks and across White Rabbit Projects, we lead with hospitality, act with integrity, pursue excellence in every detail, and empower everyone in our kitchen to think and act like an entrepreneur. Here's what that looks like in practice: Take full ownership of your section, ensuring mise en place is prepared and maintained to the highest standard for every service Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes in line with the Rao's menu, bringing care and precision to every plate Work with integrity — managing stock, minimising waste, and taking responsibility for your section with honesty and accountability Support and mentor commis chefs around you, helping to build a kitchen culture where everyone learns and grows Communicate clearly and positively with the wider brigade, contributing to a team that works hard and looks out for one another Uphold all food hygiene and health and safety standards — because doing things properly is never optional Bring energy and entrepreneurial thinking to the season — this is a unique pop-up experience and your contribution genuinely matters Who You Are An experienced Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up Passionate about food quality and consistency, with a solid understanding of kitchen operations A reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Organised, calm under pressure, and committed to doing things the right way Excited by the opportunity to be part of a standout summer pop-up in a world-famous location What We Offer £15.70 per hour OTE The chance to work at one of the most talked-about pop-up dining experiences in Scotland this summer A stunning location in St Andrews, overlooking the Old Course A supportive team environment with real investment in your development The opportunity to be part of the White Rabbit Projects portfolio, a growing group with exciting things ahead An immediate start through to the end of September 2026 Ready to Join Us?
