* This role will be based within the Harrods Concession with support to other Oura branded locations across London
Overview
As an Oura Sales Specialist, you will be forming part of a diverse and knowledgeable team of sales enthusiasts, dedicated to delivering exceptional product guidance and brand awareness in store for our client, Oura. Your primary responsibility is to bring the Oura products to life through in store demonstrations serving as an invaluable resource for product knowledge, inspiring customers with our product range and ultimately driving sales. It is vital to ensure each customer feels valued and understood through your deep understanding of the entire product range and solution-oriented approach. Beyond direct customer interaction, you may also contribute to growing opportunities for the brands in the store in which you are based.

* Building a great rapport with customers & Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations
* Proactively drive sales through building long-standing customer relationships and build a personal shopping approach to our customers’ needs
* Converting interest into sales & achieving individual and team sales targets

Personal Specification (knowledge/experience)
* Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
* The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
* Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
